We ordered the Headsets.com Grey QD-QD Y Training Cord to train our employees on our phone queues. This product is just what we needed. There isn't much else to say about the Y-cord besides it works as it should- but I would like to compliment Headsets.com. I used the IM/chat to talk to their staff and Susie was great! I had no idea as to our headset brand but she was able to locate what I needed quickly and order for me. I thought it was neat how the package was sent with tootsie rolls. The shipping was fairly quick. The product works just great. The only weird moment with it is you could hear ringing on one of the first phone calls over the person talking. Not sure what that was and only happened once.

This product is great for training and having newer employees listen to calls before they start handling calls themselves. The only con about this cord is that there is no mute button for the trainee so that extra noise is not heard over the line.
