We accept all returns within 60 days. Opened, used, doesn’t matter – we’ll take it back, and we'll always include a pre-paid return label. Here's how:

  1. Call or email us – With a quick call to 1-800-432-3738 or email to, your return will be setup within a couple minutes, and you’ll be given an RMA number
  2. Send it back – Pack up your return, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it back
